Born in Warsaw in 1992, raised on summers in a Warmian village. I like to know how the sausage gets made, in everything.

I studied Air Traffic Management and dropped out one semester short of the finish line. Then I joined GOG as a temp and stayed ten years, ending up as CEO. Along the way I ran a turnaround and an M&A process at the same time. GOG was part of the CD Projekt group (The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077) until we sold it to one of its original founders in late 2025.

Currently helping ATARI inspire generations of gamers.

I'm a graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland, one of Europe's most selective leadership programs, taught by Harvard faculty and leading international scholars. It draws on the latest discoveries in leadership and building adaptive systems, and it changed how I think about leading. To me, leadership is intervention: interrupting what's stuck and saying what others won't.

I write about leadership, strategy, culture and life. I'm writing this mostly for myself, as a kind of Instagram for thoughts. Maybe a portfolio one day.

Some people say I'm a good leader. I'm working on proving them right.
