Born in Warsaw in 1992, spent most of my summers in a village in Warmia. I like to know how the sausage gets made - in all aspects of life.

I studied Air Traffic Management and dropped out in my last semester. Then I joined GOG as a temp and spent ten years there, ending up as Managing Director. GOG was part of the CD Projekt group - known for The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077 - until we sold the business to one of its original founders in late 2025. I moved to an advisory role in Q2 2026.

I write about leadership, strategy, culture, and life. Some gaming. Some Eastern European references. This site is mostly for myself - an Instagram equivalent for thoughts. At some point perhaps a portfolio, we'll see.
